In 1995 the game of Rugby turned professional.
As a result various tournaments were established at Domestic and International Club Level to drive the enhancement in the quality of the game of rugby and the International teams.
Leinster team are one of 4 professional teams in Ireland.
Over the years from the grass roots up coaching from school level to college, U21, club level and Senior, Leinster has produced the largest number of International players from the 4 provinces.
Leinster has continued to dominate the European Rugby landscape across all tournaments and contributes a large player pool to the International Irish team, ranked 4th in the world. With 2 coveted Grand Slams 2009/2018
