Nigel also has a background in crossfit, that shares many of the same values. He loves the camaraderie of our club, it is a happy place for so many people .”The group workouts are an unbeatable buzz and really efficient in helping staying fit. Our members of all different ages and backgrounds transform and a real privilege to able to work with them to achieve their goals.”

We enjoy giving back to the communities and in 2019, broke a world record of the longest row in 24hrs and raised funds for the local charity.
